A four-week class to prepare for labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care. Designed for moms and their coaches expecting a first child or who have not taken classes with their previous pregnancies. Classes will run for 4 consecutive weeks beginning on the first Wednesday of the month. The last session will include an infant care class and a tour of the hospital.
