This consists of unlimited hot tea served with warm handmade scones that you spread with strawberry jam and clotted cream.  Clotted cream is a delicious sweet thick cream that tastes much better than it sounds. Come try it!  You can come dressed up or dress up in the hats, scarves and jewelry availabe at T Party Place.
