held at the Seward AG Pavilion, Seward County Fair Grounds

Blood Screenings
5:30 AM—1:00 PM
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED on all blood screens

Blood Chemistry $35
A basic blood chemistry profile includes: blood counts, cardiac risk ratio, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, hemogram and TSH). An 8 hour fast requested prior to blood screening but please drink plenty of water. Must be 18 or older to obtain this screening.
Pre-registration Required. Registration forms located at the Seward, Milford and Utica Family Medical Centers or online at our website www.mhcs.us


PSA with Blood Chemistry $70
Pre-registration Required
MHCS is pleased to offer an additional screening to our male participants by offering a PSA with
the Blood Chemistry.
